She was a homemaker and then went to work at D&C Auto Supply. Joyce ended up retiring from the American Red Cross after 25 years where she was a Disaster Relief Specialist and Emergency Services/Service to Armed Forces Manager. She helped to coordinate bringing soldiers home in time of their family’s need. Joyce had also worked as a Member Service Representative for Centurion Credit Union and Crane Credit Union. She was a member of No Ruz Grotto. Her main love was spending time with her family.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents and her ex-husband, David L. Cosby.
She is survived by her son, David Cosby (Patti); daughter, Melissa Wolfe (Bradley); grandchildren, David G. Cosby, ,Jordan Cosby, Sydni Cosby, Brock Cosby, Brooke Cosby, Ashley Carter, Megan Wolfe, Kayla Wolfe, Mia Wolfe, Claire Wolfe, Carmyn Wolfe, and Kendra Wolfe; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Vicki Sensmeier (Bob) and Tonya Hurt (Charlie); and many nieces and nephews.
