Joyce Ann Egan

She retired from Gencorp after 35 years and also EVSC as a bus attendant. Joyce loved fishing, red birds, and NFL football. She enjoyed spending time with family and with her sister at the lake.

Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Egan; daughter, Barbara Jo Egan; grandson, Brandon Egan; sister, Margaret Danheiser; and parents.

She is survived by her sons, Terry (Glenda Vinson) Egan of Evansville and Richard (Jeanne) Egan of Wadesville; daughter, Joy (Kevin Roll) Jones; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Elizabeth Ungethum of Elkhart, IN; close and dear friend, Carl Raley; and beloved dog, Stewie; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, January 21, 2016, at Alexander West Chapel , officiated by Rev. Karl Crowe, with burial in Locust Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Thursday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
