She was a homemaker, and served on the International P.T.A. She was an officer for Centennial P.T.A., and was president of West Heights P.T.A.
Joyce was preceded in death by her son, Frank G. Lutz, III in 2004.
She is survived by her husband, Frank G. Lutz, Jr.; daughter, Debra Beebe, of Stafford, VA; daughter, Tamma Phillips, of Oldsmar, FL; grandchildren, Jessica Lutz, Dawn Hanny, and Eric & Scott Beebe; great grandchildren, Ethan, Brayden, & Alexandra Hanny, Justice Perry, and Caleb & Allyson Beebe; niece, Margo Hall of Maceo, KY; and nephews, Fred & Sam Gumbel.
No services will be held. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery.
