Judith K. Gates

Judy K. Gates, 68, of Evansville, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018 at Linda White Hospice House. She was born June 2, 1949 in Evansville to the late Clarence and Dorothy (Bretz) Grimmeissen. She was a member of Bluegrass United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling, scrapbooking and attending church. Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Gates in 2011; sister, Jane Grimmeissen; sister-in-law, Nancy Howell and nephew, Steve Gates. She is survived by brother-in-law, John Gates (Mary Ann); brother-in-law, Larry Howell; sister-in-law, Carole Harms; nieces and nephews and many friends. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00AM, Friday, March 23, 2018 at Blue Grass United Methodist Church, 14240 Petersburg Road, officiated by Rev. Doug Heiman.
