She was a member of Grace Baptist Church and worked in their food pantry. She was also a former member of the Lady FOP Auxiliary and Campers on a Mission.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Terry Falls.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Jasper L. Marshall; son, Scott W. Marshall; daughter, Terri (Darren) Wiley; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be at 3:00PM, Saturday, February 25, 2017, at Grace Baptist Church, 1200 N. Garvin Street, officiated by Pastor Ray Deeter. Friends may visit from 1:00PM to service time.
