She is survived by one sister, Sandra (Jeff) Hebner; two brothers, Rick Bullington and David Bullington; three children, Terrie (Chris) Matlock, Mark (Jody) Slade, and Sarah Mills; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Kathy enjoyed watching her soap operas, watching football and wrestling, knitting, crocheting, and spending time with the people she loved. She lived her life to the fullest.
A celebration of life will be held privately for the family.
