Lillian had an excellent memory. She enjoyed meeting people, doing word search puzzles, and cherished her friends and neighbors. She and her family liked traveling and made many trips to Florida with several visits to Disney World.
Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Sadie (Herrell) Meier; husband, Ted Gerichs, Jr. and son, Galen; sister, Venita Reininga; and brother, John Meier.
Surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at Salem Church of Darmstadt, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Friends and family may visit Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until service time at church.
