Linda L. Remole

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, sister, daughter, cousin, & Nani. Linda Lorraine Remole who left this world on 11/20/2024 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh Indiana at the age of 71.

Linda was born on November 25, 1952 in San Francisco, California. She lived a life filled with love, compassion, and kindness. She was a devoted mom and Nani to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She touched the lives of all who knew her with her free spirit, boundless generosity, and unwavering support.

Those who were fortunate enough to know Linda will remember her for her big personality, her laughter, her kindness, her ability to be very silly with her grand babies. She loved music and played drums in her youth and played in a band with her brother Larry. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, from walking the beaches of both the West & East Coast looking for shells, sea glass, and drift wood to creating unique crafts from wood to paintings. She loved the chaos and laughter of family gatherings and family trips with siblings and cousins to quiet moments of reflection. Her home had become the center of Life and she loved it!

As a Residential Care Provider, Linda worked with dedication and integrity, leaving a legacy of love of her clients who were more like family. But it was Linda’s role as a loving, God fearing person that defined her life. She always put Jesus first, then others before herself, offering love, encouragement, and wisdom to those who needed it most.

Linda is survived by her mom Della Louise Waldon, brother Larry Waldon (Gayle) and sister Teresa Derosier all of Washington. Daughter Lori Cuellar (Javier) and son Michael Mallard, all of Henderson. Grandchildren Daniel Tucker (Emily), Javier S. Cuellar, Colton Cuellar (Kira), JohnMichael Cuellar, Katie Moss, Skylar Bugg, Taylor Lax (Andrew), Amanda Flemmon (Fred), Kelsie Scheer. Great-Grandchildren Grayson Tucker, Kailah Cuellar, Dean Cuellar, Parker Holder, Scarlett Holder, Landon Sights, Jackson Sights, Rylee Soaper, Ashton Lax, Tristian Bellew, Freddie Flemmon, Caleigh Flemmon, Marianna Uthe, Addelynn Uthe, Kyleigh Scheer, Gabriel Scheer.

She also left behind beloved nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her father William Wesley Waldon Jr. and her husband Larry W. Remole Sr. and niece Kimberly Ann Hoffman.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

While our hearts are heavy with grief, we find comfort in knowing that Linda is at peace, and that the love she gave us will continue to live on in each of us. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
