She was a member Hillview Baptist Church.
Lucille was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, William “Blackie” I. Owens; son, Michael “Mickey” Owens.
She is survived by her son, William “Butch” Owens (Shella); daughter-in-law, Margie Mills (Charles) of Madisonville, KY; six grandchildren, Brian Mills of Madisonville, Dustin and Derek Owens of Evansville, Baptista Lindsey and Amanda Peyton both of Madisonville; and Pam White of California; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; and sister, Jerry Gentry of Florida.
Services will be 12:00 PM Thursday, November 4, 2010, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. Steven Phipps with burial at Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit Wednesday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
