One of kindest and best physicians I have ever had. I chose him as my doctor because of his expertise, experience and because he demonstrated his Christian faith in his practice. He delivered both my children & provided care for me for over 25 years. My sympathies to his family and friends.

Lori let me know yesterday about Mark’s passing. We are so sad to hear this. I know we haven’t talked with you for a long time but we have thought of you guys often.  Every time we did something in the guest room with the furniture that Mark refinished,  we thought of y’all and wondered what was going on in your lives…. We were always amazed at the energy that Mark had for his many hobbies. 

Again, Pat, we are so sorry for you and the kids to lose Mark. I still don’t know how to process grief well or understand dying.  My heart feels for you. 

I am glad that Mark was strong in his faith. I know that he was an amazing husband and father and Dr and grandfather and friend.  I can’t even imagine how many lives he touched. What a legacy. 

We will send a gift in Mark’s memory to Trotter House. And we will keep you and the kids and grandkids in our prayers as the days go forward.

I was a patient of Dr Morrison’s for 30 years. He was such a wonderful doctor and human being. His commitment to women’s health was admirable. I find peace I know he now resides with his lord.

My name is Ezekiel McKinney. 
I doubt that any of you who might be reading this know me from Adam. But Mark saved my life.  
As I'm sure he did many others. 

I am an identical twin. My brother's name is Zion McKinney. 
My mom became pregnant with us when she was only 19 years old. She was scared. My dad was too. I did not know the difference. 

Towards the end of her pregnancy, my mom started having complications. One day, she was on the phone with my grandma describing some of her symptoms. 
Lightheadedness. Spots in her vision. Among other things. 
My grandma was pretty worried and told her to go to the hospital. But my mom refused, insisting that she was okay. 
However, my grandma couldn't shake her uneasiness and decided to call Dr. Morrison herself (what persistence!). When she called and explained the symptoms that my mom was experiencing, Dr. Morrison told her to tell my mom and dad to drop what they were doing and get to the hospital immediately.

(My dad even still talks about how they left food on the stovetop and everything that day. It was around 3 weeks before they came back).

My mom and dad arrived to hospital and they immediately started prepping her for an emergency c-section.
She had preeclampsia.
My dad became extremely worried and scared.
The doctors were amazing though, and they delivered me and my brother.
After delivery, my mom and brother were both in critical condition and I was in serious condition.

It took a few weeks, but they brought us back to health and we left the hospital a full family. 
Dr. Morrison told my dad that if they had waited any longer, we all three would have died. 
Mark saved my life, my brother's life,  and my mom's life.

I am 31 years old now. And because of Dr. Morrison, I am alive today. I have a relationship with Jesus. I have a wife. I have a family. I am a musician. 

I am without words to describe my gratitude.
I am so sorry for your loss and I am so thankful for how God used him to save my life that day.

Dear Dr. Morrison and Family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.  May the Lord surround you with His strength and peace.  I am a patient of Dr. Mark Morrison and am grateful for his care of us with excellence, and compassion.  Doc, rest peacefully in the arms of God.  You will be sorely missed.

Such a great Dr and man of God. I remember when I was pregnant with my daughter and he was my new obgyn the first time we met we talked about Jesus and shared our testimonials with one another. He was very kind and attentive to ensure both the baby and I were safe. I kept him busy for sure but  I knew I had the right Dr to deliver my baby girl. Prayers to the family and friends. May the Lord give you peace and comfort beyond understanding.

So very sorry for your loss Dr.Morrison is such a sweet, caring person he was like family  to use. I have been a patient of his for 30 years He was the greatest doctor  and friend I sure will miss him .praying for all of his family.

I’m so incredibly sad to lose Dr. Mark from this world. But so incredibly happy that I know that we will see him in heaven and be able to worship our God together again!
Maybe we can even get him to sing out, wave his hands, and do a little dance in celebration 👋!  What do you think?!!

Dr Mark and Dr Pat are two of the finest people I’ve ever known. And together they have been an absolute force to be reckoned with when it came to putting hands and feet to our Savior’s instruction to “Love one another” for so many years. 

One of the last things I said to Dr Mark after dinner a few weeks ago was that I thought of him as the older brother that I never had, and that I love him…. I sure wish I could say that to him again right now.
