Martha Jean Camp Haering

She graduated from Bosse High School and attended the University of Evansville. She was a Credit Associate at JC Penney for 30 years and was a member of Church of the Cross. She was a talented artist and loved to draw. She touched the hearts of all the people she knew.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Alan Rhodes Haering, in 1995; son, Gary A. Haering, in 1997; parents, Russell and Lois Camp; and brother, James J. Camp, in 1996.

She is survived by her daughter, Darla Jean Haering of San Francisco, CA; brothers, Stephen E. Camp of Newburgh and Paul D. Camp of Fairbanks, AK; and sisters, Mary Ellen Weiss of Mt. Vernon and Ruth E. Stephens of Evansville.

Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, April 9, 2011, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev. Dr. Keith Wilhite with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 12:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
