Mary Wilma Walton Satterfield

She was a member of Community of Christ Church and an employee of L. Bermans, which later became Zenith. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved spending time in her home with family. She enjoyed cooking and gardening.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Maryon Satterfield, in 2007.

She is survived by son, David Satterfield and wife, Nancy; daughter, Donna Long and husband, Michael; son, Michael Satterfield and wife, Cathy; grandchildren, Cherry Trayham, Troy Satterfield, Brandi Butcher (Brandon), Cindy Sullivan (Dan), Marianne Satterfield and Mike and Kaelie Long; great-grandchildren, Cameron and Conner Satterfield, Jonathon, Alexandra and Reid Paul, Isaac, David, Grace, Levi, and Caleb Sullivan, Malachi and Isaiah Hunter and Cherish Liggett; sisters, Margaret Crownover and Betty O’Sha; and brothers, Billy and Harold Walton.

Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, January 19, 2012, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev. Denny Stevenson of Crossroads Christian Church, with entombment in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit Wednesday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
