Micheal D. Smith, 63, of Evansville, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2012, at Deaconess.
Micheal was preceded in death by his father, Charles Smith and cousin, Emmitt Clark.
He is survived by his mother, Joyce Smith; brother James Smith; sister, Carla Wilemon; one-half brother, Charles Smith; cousins, Janis Farber and Danny Clark; and caregiver, Ramona Knapp.
There will be no services or visitation.
