He graduated from F. J. Reitz High School in 1983. Omer retired from Toyota after more than 10 years of employment. He loved all sports, his favorite team was the Oakland Raiders. He loved to go for long walks with his dogs. He was a good hearted person, always willing to help others.
Omer was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Sharon Brumley; beloved dog, Harley; sister, Vickie Sobotka; and brothers, Terry Brumley and Gary Gene Brumley.
He is survived by his daughter, Paige Fritchley; sisters, Tina Brumley, and Misty Pryor (Frank); brother-in-law, Larry Sobotka; brother, Shawn Brumley; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Nuka.
