She loved to crochet, work jigsaw puzzles, make flower arrangements, and had worked as a florist. She and her late husband, Jack, loved to square dance and bowl, and also enjoyed line dancing. She was a jokester and a cut up.
Opal was preceded in death by her husband, Jack E. Wolfe; son, Steven Wolfe, and ten siblings.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol (Harold) Staggs of Evansville; son, David Wolfe of New York, NY; and daughters, Cheryl (David) Rudd of Ledbetter, KY and Elissa (Harold) Stuckey of Pike Co., IN; eight grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Pastor Marc Grimes, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
