Patrick was a graduate of Bosse High School. He enjoyed Nascar racing, Colts Football and spending time with his friends.
Patrick is survived by his wife of 10 years, Lana; step-daughters, Nicolette Kleiman and Erin Kleiman; parents, Grace and Robert Case of Huntingburg; sister Karel Abell (Rex) of Huntingburg; brother, James Case (Shari) of Evansville; mother-in-law, Vicki Johnson of Evansville; brother-in-law, Robert Brazel (Janice) of TX; sister-in-law, Marcy Grove (David) of TN; and nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be 4:00 PM Wednesday, December 8, 2010, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. James Pickerill. Friends may visit Wednesday from 12:00 to 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
