He was born on February 24, 1964, in Evansville to the late Shelby and Joan (Allen) Reynolds. He was a 1982 graduate of Bosse High School. Randall loved his time at Bosse and remained loyal to it through the years, being on the class reunion committee. Randall graduated from Cincinnati Bible College in 1992 with a degree in Preaching and Biblical Archeology. He became an ordained minister and preached at churches in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. He had a deep passion for mission work, supporting missionaries, welcoming them to his home, and serving on mission trips. During his mission trip in 1994 to Kharkiv, Ukraine, he met his wife, Svitlana. He led her to Christ and helped establish a church there. He served at churches in different capacities, but he always loved worshiping the most. He sang with the Evansville All-City Choir and the Young World Singers of First Christian Church in Evansville, earning a music scholarship in college, where he continued to sing with the ensemble that performed at various churches. He has joined the heavenly choir worshiping with other saints. Above all, Randall was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He had so many family and friends that he held dearly to his heart.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Svitlana Reynolds; son, Raider Shelby Reynolds; mother, Joan (Allen) Reynolds Fulkerson; sister, Sherri Wakeland (Mark); niece and nephews; and many more extended family members.
Randall was preceded in death by his father, Shelby Junior Reynolds, and his sister, Becki (Reynolds) Arnold.
