He was a veteran of the US Marines and retired from Alcoa. Bob loved being outdoors. He was an animal lover, and very fond of his pets. An avid builder of dune buggies, Bob participated in the Evansville Bug Fest.
Bob is survived by his wife of 60 years, Irmalee; daughters, Alanah (Jeffrey) Richardt and Dawn Whobrey, all of Evansville; son, Robert Scott (Michelle) Kingsbury of Evansville; brother, Richard Kingsbury of Evansville; grandchildren, Jeffrey B. Richardt, Reagan Whobrey, Bryce Richardt, Joshua Whobrey, Preston Richardt, Justin Kingsbury and Thomas Kingsbury; eight great-children; and, several nieces and nephews.
