Robert "Bob" Charles Martin

He was a master electrician and member of IBEW for 60 years. Bob was a founding member of Christian Fellowship Church and attended for 32 years. He cruised North Park in his stand up walker and passed out church cards for CFC. Bob walked 2 miles a day at 85 years old. He was very involved in missionary work all over the world and traveled to Louisiana after Katrina. Bob served in the US Air Force and participated in the Honor Flight of Southern Indiana in 2024.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 37 years, Darlene Martin; and granddaughter, Chelsea Doane (Bryant).

He is survived by his daughter, Debra Market; sons, Robert Frease and Scott Frease; grandchildren, Amber (Jacob), Jamie, Matt, Allen (Jade), Allison (Jake), Timothy (Josh), Theresa, Marissa (Brent), and Trystan; 13 great grandchildren; and life-time and cherished friend, Dick Nieten.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2025 at Alexander Memorial Park Heritage Chapel, officiated by Rev. David Niednagel. Friends and family may visit from 12:00 p.m. until service time.
