She was an avid quilter, seamstress and gardener.
Rose is survived by her brother, Duke (Shirley) Kelsie; niece, Monnie (Barry) Gay of Hawaii; several great-nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at Alexander Memorial Park.
