Sharon L. Hatfield

Sharon L. Hatfield, 74, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019. She was born September 2, 1944 in Evansville to the late Virgil and Marie Gibson. She was a member of Providence General Baptist Church in Providence KY, attended American Baptist East in Evansville IN, and served many years in the Daughters of the Nile. She was a small business owner with a passion for making Arts and Crafts. She enjoyed being around the water and spending time with her family. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Hatfield, and daughter, Lisa Dawson. She is survived by her son, Mark Lewis (Aly); step son Jack Hatfield (Tamara); grandchildren, Lindsey Dawson (Bristen Pride),Justin Lewis and Tanner Lewis; step grandchildren, Alix Teague (Chad), Jordan Hatfield, Jack Hatfield and Zach Hatfield; great grandson, Brylin Dawson; son in law, Gary Dawson, and cousin, Doris Schultz (Melvin). A Funeral Service will be 4:00 p.m., Monday, July 22, 2019 at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road, officiated by Rev. David Schulz.
