Shirley Coleman

She was a member of the NE Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Maxwell Ave. Shirley wielded a mean hammer for her renovation projects and loved to organize and read. She could sew, crochet, cook and kept a beautiful garden with her green thumb.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon and sister, Shelby King.

She is survived by her sons, Phillip Leroy Coleman (Kathleen) and Vernon Roger Coleman (Rhonda); daughters, Bonita Mae Walden and Mary Ann Black; sisters, Donna Duncan, Brenda Portee, Marilynn Newsom, Aundreya Drue, and Deborah Fitzpatrick; brothers, Louis Williams and Ownly Williams; sixteen grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
