He had a love for the outdoors, woodworking, collecting artifacts and antiques; fishing and drawing.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Cross, Sr.
Steven is survived by his mother, Dorothy (Cross) Crick; high school sweetheart, Karen (Cross) Smith; daughters, Melissa Cross, Jennifer (Cross) Lamb, JeanAnn Cross; son, Jacob Cross; six grandchildren; brothers, George Cross, Jr., Ron Cross, Mark Cross, Curtis Cross; sisters, Becky Craft, Deborah Peak, Vicky Weiss, Dianna Brust, Pamela Weimer, Robin Greenwell; many nieces and nephews.
Services will be 7:00PM, Saturday, July 21, 2012, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. John Sloan. Friends may visit Saturday, from 10:00AM until service time at the funeral home.
