He was employed at Kight Lumber Co. for 33 years and Casino Aztar in Security for two years. Steven enjoyed carpentry, woodworking, and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Janie Watson; son, Paul Watson; daughter-in-law, Lori Watson; grandson, Xavier Watson; daughter, Stephanie Alvey and fiancé, Kyle Spradling; sister, Judy Henry; and brother-in-law, Gary Henry.
Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, April 24, 2010, at Alexander North Chapel, officiated by Rev. Claude Burns with burial at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Alexander North Chapel.
