Sylvia Lena Coultas

Sylvia was completely devoted to her family, giving extra love to all. She especially loved babies. Her home was a refuge for her family and their friends and she always made everyone feel welcome. She had a fun personality and was a great listener. We rejoice that she is now with Jesus and has rejoined her loved ones in heaven. She will be sorely missed.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Otha and Nancy Cronin; her husband of 76 years, Leslie; sons, Donald, Warren “Cliff” and James Robert; grandsons, David Coultas and Ronald Leslie Coultas; granddaughter, Robin Coultas and great grandson, Jeremy Lepsch.

Sylvia is survived by her son, Henry Coultas of Evansville; daughter, Rose Marie Swallow (Clayton) of Evansville; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 17 great- great grandchildren and one great-great-great-grandson.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 4, 2015, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Dr. Daniel Lovell. Burial will be at James Parker Cemetery in Hatfield, Indiana. Friends may visit Wednesday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
