She was born on April 16, 1954 in Evansville to the late George Daniel “Smokey” and Zelma Dean (Schroader) King.
She is survived by her daughter, Amanda "Mandy" Kelley; sisters, Georgetta Gerling (Jerry), Linda Lurker Smith (Bart) and Rebecca Decker.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Ave., with burial to follow at Alexander Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
