Vernon worked as a factory worker and also a maintenance worker in rental properties. He enjoyed swimming and drawing.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mara Schultze.
Vernon is survived by his father, Fred Schultze; sisters, Cindy Witham (Ronnie) and Theresa Milligan; nephews, Jonathon Witham and Casey Gross; nieces, Christina James; great nieces and nephews; close friends, Mary Jo and Lloyd Wood.
Friends may visit Thursday, February 4, 2021, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Alexander West Chapel.
