Bill most recently worked for Rakestraw Monuments, was an avid hunter, and a member of the Dickweed Hunting Club.
Bill is survived by his; daughter, Andrea Foster (Douglas); son, Richard Fish; grandchildren, Caleb and Devin Foster, and Collin and Derek Foster; one great grandchild; and sister, Toni Pledger (John).
A Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Alexander Memorial Park Chapel of Remembrance. Friends may visit 9:30 until service time on Saturday at Alexander Memorial Park Chapel of Remembrance.
