Bill’s passions were preaching and reaching out to others. Having realized all the miracles in which his life had been blessed, beginning with his adoption which brought him to the United States, Bill’s focus was on God. Though life threw many road blocks in his path, Bill’s glory and devotion to God got him through the toughest times. His love of the Lord and the protection God brought to his life led him not only to lead a life of ministry, but also to meeting the love of his life, Luella. Bill lived every day, even through sickness, with a strong desire to share the love of God with others. When he was not ministering to others, Bill enjoyed playing golf.
Bill was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Albert Becker and Ralph Martin; and grandmother, Eva Smith; and aunt, Linda Martin.
He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Luella (Rust) Martin; children, Lena and Liza Martin; parents, Norman and Esther Martin; sister, Kelli (Shaun) Rush; brother, Kyle Martin; grandmother, Lucy Becker; aunts, Dianna Becker, Becky (Alan) Kiesel, Beverly Nellis, Karen Becker and Marie (Rob) Mayes; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
