Wilma S. Miller

Wilma worked at Kuesters Hardware for about 30 years before retiring when they closed.

She attended Vann Avenue Baptist Church before becoming a member of Willow Road Baptist Church. Wilma enjoyed spending time with her children and grand-children, as well as, attending church. She loved going to Gaithers concerts , U of E games and enjoyed vacationing in the Smokey Mountains.

Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, William, 3 brothers, 1 sister and long time close friends, Magdalene and Jimmy.

She is survived by daughters; Sue (John), Brenda (Larry), Lisa; sons, Bob (Cherie), Mark; grandchildren, Steven, Greg, Brian, Jenie, Darren, Stephanie, Zach, Jason, LaCole, Jessica, Micah and Caitlyn and 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 31, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Pastor William Simmons with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Family and friends may visit on Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Vanderburgh County Humane Society.
