Joseph "Joe" Elwin Monroe, born in Bellingham, WA, June 8, 1945 passed away December 5, 2015 in Everett, Washington. Joe is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Doris. He will also be missed by: his sons, Patrick E. Monroe, and Scott C. Monroe; mother, Evelyn Rita Monroe; brothers; John and Jim Monroe; two granddaughters, Tiffany N. Monroe and Samantha M. Monroe; one great grandson, Quinten Monroe. He was preceded in death by his father, Clifton Elwin Monroe. Services are pending at this time. Inurnment is to be scheduled at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, WA.
