Kurtis Michell Dunn

April 18, 1970 – August 8, 2010

Our dearly loved father, son, and brother, Kurtis Michell Dunn, was lost to us Sunday, August 8, 2010. He died suddenly in the company of his best friend Jason Bringle, who tried valiantly to revive him. Kurt died doing what he loved most, golfing.

Kurt was born in Everett and attended Snohomish High School. He worked in construction for 20 years and recently switched to sheet metal fabrication. Kurt had a great sense of humor and took much joy in spending time with family and friends. His greatest delight was spending time with his daughters. He also enjoyed camping, golfing, fishing, and playing softball and cards.

Kurt is survived by his daughters, Mikayla (10) and Nicole (9) Dunn; parents, Robert (Rena Fitzgerald) Dunn and Kathy Dunn; brothers, Jamie and Andrew Dunn, Liam Fitzgerald; sister Laura (Nick Blake) Dunn-Mark; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Kurt was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Patty Dunn, Peg and Richard Berg; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, August 14, at Purdy and Walters with Cassidy Funeral Home.
