He leaves behind 4 brothers: Roland Kirby, Jeff Kirby, Mike Kirby, Jimmy Kirby and 1 sister; vicky Stratton. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, aunts, and lots of friends, and special friend Ernie. He was proceeded in death by his father; Ben Kirby, Mother; Verna Kirby and brother; Bobby Kirby.
Phillip enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.
A memorial service will be held on May 20, 2014 at 10:00am at The Eagles Club, 1216 Broadway in EVerett, Washington.
