Ruth Evelyn Madden

She was born February 3, 1918 in Everett, Washington to George and Louise (Meyer) Weyhing. Ruth graduated from Everett High School Class of 1936.

Ruth enjoyed watching the Seahawks and Mariner's, liked playing bingo and card games.

Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Frank J. Madden, sisters, Florence Weyhing, Louise Welch, Lillian Nygard, Mildred Towne, brothers, William and George Weyhing.

Ruth is survived by her son, Robert Michael "Bob" Madden of Everett; daughter and son-in-law, Susan "Sue" and Jeff Barber of Enumclaw, Washington; sister, Helen Poyser of Yakima, Washington; two grandchildren, Eric and (Jackie) Robin Cathcart and Robin Cathcart; 1 great grandson, Jack Cathcart.

She will be laid to rest next to her husband at St. Mary's Cemetery, Marysville, Washington.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 23, 2011 1:00 p.m. at St Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Marysville, WA.
