Robert J. Riordan, age 85, longtime Evergreen Park resident passed away peacefully on Monday morning January 20th. He spent a lifetime in the insurance business and founded Robert J. Riordan & Co., Inc. in 1967.

Husband of 61 years of Marian nee O'Sullivan. Father of Peg Riordan, Tom(Mary)Riordan, Jean Riordan, Bill (Jennifer) Riordan, and Trish (Tim) Fallon. Grandfather of Alex Riordan, Tom and Dan Riordan, Patrick, Erin, and Maggie Riordan, Kalie, Molly,Drew, and Elle Fallon. Brother of the late William (Lucille) Riordan. Beloved uncle and dear friend of many. A native of Chicago's southside/St. Felicitas. Bob was a graduate of Leo High School, Loyola University, and Army Veteran of the Korean War. Enjoyed tennis, golf, skiing, and sailing. Resting at Kenny Brothers Funeral Home, 3600 W. 95th Street, Evergreen Park,IL 60805.
