I had the honor of working with Larry in Meat Inspection. He was always willing to give suggestions and help others no matter what.  My thoughs and prayers to his family and friends.

I not only lost my Father-In-Law, but I lost one of my dearest friends. My relationship with Larry for the last 24 years has been a blessing and I have learned so much from him regarding life, love, and being a good person. Our family has battled his illness for the past year along with him and I personally feel that he was taken from us before his time was due. I will always treasure the time that I have been able to share with him and I can only hope that others may share an equal experience. It is with a heavy heart that I had to say good bye to such a dear person. I can only hope that I, and my son, will become the same type of men in our lifetimes.

It is hard to come up with words to say how much we will miss Larry.  He was a good role model.  I can think back and remember he always made me laugh. I have watch his daughter grow up to be a beautiful young lady and his son a hamdsome man.  I have enjoyed my time and conversations with Alice.  I will miss them dearly.  I want the family to know if there is anything we can do please give us a call.  Larry, Alice,Angie and Brian and their familes will always be in our heart and minds.  Love you Larry.

I lost a part of me that early morning and I’m not sure I will ever find it again.  He enjoyed nature, animals, birds, sun, mountains, music, Christmas, so many things.  As his Daughter, he was my hero. He will always live through me and his family in the things that we shared a love for.  He accomplished many things in his life but the one thing he had a passion for was writing.  He was an author and was working on his last book before he died.  He wrote his last chapter only three hours before he left this realm.  Maybe he knew.  The family knew the day would come but it was too soon and unexpected.  His last sentence in his last chapter was, “You stay hardy, kid. Catch ya next time.”With that, he was gone.” I believe this is a message to his family as we try to cope with his passing.  We will be publishing this book called (1968) in the near future.

His family loved him dearly.  I will miss him until the day I leave this realm and “Catch him next time”.

All of my love to you during this time.  I share many loving memories of Larry and will forever have him in my heart.  He taught me so much and I have used these skills many times.  I wouldn't be able to lay flooring if it weren't for him and I'd know nothing about boxing and football.
