

On November 20, 2023, Timothy Arnold Snouffer, of Fairborn, Ohio, was welcomed to the other side by his family members and friends, after a long battle with leukemia. Born in Xenia, Ohio on July 8, 1958 to his parents Donald O. and Ruth F. (Bowles) Snouffer, who preceded him in death, along with his grandparents Arnold and Frances Snouffer, Alva Bowles and Jessie Bowles, and too many more family members and friends.
Tim leaves behind to mourn his passing his fiancée Janell Keller, his children, Jessica (Greg) Walters, TJ-Timothy Snouffer and Kaitlyn (Thomas) Snouffer. Grandchildren Abigail, Emillie, Cherish, Kayleigh, Isaiah, Logan, Leo Christopher, Blake and Bentley and his ex-daughter in law Desteny. His Siblings, Libbee (Mark) Dilley, Randy (Valorie) Snouffer and Paula (Joe) Mercer. Also Janell’s children and grandchildren and nieces and nephews Jennifer Williams, Adam Williams, Andy Snouffer, Jacob Mercer, Jason King, Jessie Armstrong and Kammi King, as well as many loving cousins and friends.
Tim loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He spent many years running his coonhounds with his dad, brother, daughter, nieces, nephews and cousins, from his Northern Rosewood Coonhound Kennel. His motto was FAMILY FIRST. He loved old school traditional music. He was a lifelong fan of the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
Tim graduated from Park Hill High School in 1976 where he was on the cross-country track and the wrestling teams. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was stationed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base and in Okinawa, Japan. He earned an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering from Sinclair Community College and he retired from Shelley Materials.
When he knew the end was near and time was short, he spent this time making sure those he loved were taken care of and knew they were loved. He will be missed but memories will keep him in our hearts
The family would like to thank Dr. Malcolm and the staff at the VA Medical Center, and Dr. Mims and staff at OSU for their care and understanding.
Graveside services will be held at Valley View Memory Gardens, Xenia, Ohio, on Wednesday November 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Services will be followed by a gathering to celebrate Tim’s life with food and memories at the Enon V.F.W. Please bring a covered dish and join us. Feel free to wear your camo or flannel in his honor.
