Anna Elizabeth Smith, 82, of Culloden WV, formerly of Fairdale, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015. She was the former Anna Spellman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Smith. Survived by her daughter, Ann Cochran, granddaughter, Dawn Donofrio, grandson, Mark Donofrio, great grandchildren, Mark Jr., Krista & Adriana Donofrio, sister, Margaret Sims & Caregiver, Judy Miller. Funeral service will be 10AM Monday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home 411 Fairdale Rd. with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8PM Saturday and Sunday at the funeral home.
