Carey Lynn Mitchell, 38, of Louisville passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2015.
She was survived by her children, Dakota & Jeffrey Landers, Eddie Gore, Jr., & Madison Mitchell, mother, Shirley Mitchell, father, Billy Mitchell, brother, William S. Mitchell & grandchildren, Peyton & Katlyn Landers.
Funeral service will be 10AM Monday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home 411 Fairdale Rd. with cremation to follow. Visitation will be 1-8PM Sunday at the funeral home.-McDaniel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fairdale, KY.
