He was preceded in death by his son, David Lee White, mother, Dorothy White, father, John Petrice, brothers, Donald & William.
He is survived by his former spouse, Frances Phillips, daughters; Carla J. Leon (Macario), Dottie Hernandez (Lucio), Rebecca White (Cruz) & Amanda Ramirez, sons; Richard (Kathy) & John T. White, sisters, Margaret, Sharon & Janet, 26 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 2-8PM Wednesday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home 411 Fairdale Rd.. A celebration of John's life will be 11AM at Salvation Army 1010 Beecher Street Lou., Ky 40215 with burial in Penn Run Cemetery.
