Mary Margaret Radcliffe, 96, of Louisville, passed away Friday, August 5, 2016 at Christian Health Center. She was the former Mary Childress member of Parkway Baptist Church in Plantation FL, where she lived for over 50 years. She played the organ for her church and for many weddings.
She enjoyed baking and won awards for Angel Food Cakes. She & her late husband were also in several square dancing clubs. She moved back to Louisville after the death of her husband, Howard Eugene Radcliffe and lived at Chapel House.
In addition to being preceded in death by her husband, also her brother Edward Childress & sister Anna Young.
She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Sturgeon and nieces, Rose Marie Uebele, Yvonne Griffin, Frances Brummettt & Elaine Redmon.
A celebration of her life will be 10AM Tuesday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home & Cremation Services 411 Fairdale Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8PM Monday at the funeral home.
