Mavis Lutheen Miller, 82 of Fairdale, passed away Thursday November 11, 2021 with her family by her side. She was born in Pineville, Kentucky on May 23, 1939 to the late William Benjamin and Nora Rose Miller.
Mavis was part of the family of God. She loved Jesus and her church family at Louisville Baptist Temple. Mavis was an amazing woman and loved her family very much.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Jim Miller, William T. Engle and Raymond Miller, infant son, Jimmy Miller and eleven siblings.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Reta McKeehan, Angaline Meyers (Ricky Lee), Una Jean Gray, four grandchildren, Jamie Pedicone(Chris), Rodney Gray, Jessica Edelmayer (Justin), and Jacob Meyers(Kelsee), ten great grandchildren, step children, step grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, friends and relatives to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 2pm-8pm at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Rd. Fairdale, Kentucky 40118 with a Funeral service, Wednesday at 11am at the Funeral home.
A graveside service will be Thursday at 1pm in Samuel Miller Cemetery, Road 1530 Off Hwy 11 South of Barbourville, Kentucky.
