Morris "Fuzzy" Steven Wicker

Fuzzy has practically worked his entire life. He had 51 years in roofing not counting so many other jobs. He definitely enjoyed going to work everyday with his sidekick, Bo together, they could achieve anything! Fuzzy was a life-long member of Robinson-Plumb Lodge #266. He enjoyed gambling - especially scratch-offs and the horses. His happiest moments were the times he spent with his family & pride and joy great grandson, Morris Wicker. Fuzzy had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him!

Fuzzy was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert Owen Wicker and Ann Gertrude Wicker; brothers, Elbert Owen Wicker, Jr., William Mike Wicker; and his sister, Barbara Wicker Hester.

Left to cherish Fuzzy's memory is his loving wife of 52 years, Sherry Kay Wicker; his sons, Elbert Owen Wicker III, Steven Troy Wicker (Bridgett); grandson, Steven Joseph Wicker (Shauna); great grandson, Morris Owen Wicker; brothers, Charles "Bo" Wicker Sr. (Sherry), Rick Wicker (Christie); sister, JoAnn Lyon (Leon); sister-in-law, Debbie; several extended family members, dear friends, and his Fairdale community.

Visitation will be at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Road, 40118, on Monday, February 2, 2026, from 10am until 8pm. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 10am until the time of his Funeral Service at 2pm at the funeral home.

Burial in Mitchell Hill Cemetery immediately follow.
