Smith, Nellie 86, passed away July 6, 2015. She had been a faithful member of Walnut Street Baptist Church for many years. Nellie leaves behind to cherish her memory her children Patricia Jarvis (Leroy, Deceased), Marvin Smith Jr. (Patricia Ann), Freddie Smith (Beverly), Sue Ross (Alan) and Polly Mayer (Ron), grandchildren Thomas Smith, Joseph Smith, Donya Goode, Christopher Smith, Linda Burch, Casey Hagedorn, Andrew Mayer and Sarah Mayer and eight great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Fred Gregory (Rosalee) and Marie Broughton (Bill) and many loving nieces and nephews. A service to honor the life of Nellie will be held on Monday, July 13, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the Walnut Street Baptist Church Chapel.
