Burk, Richard “Jerry” G. Sr., 69 passed away July 31, 2015. Jerry was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Virginia Burk. Jerry leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife Patti, children Darrell, Richard, Rene’e, Matt, Brad and Latricia, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A service to honor the life of Jerry will be held Wednesday at 12pm at Fairdale McDaniel Funeral Home with burial to follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery.
