Of Springfield, VA, on March 7, 2018. Loving father of Douglas A. Kirby (Cathy) and Jane Kirby O'Malley (Patric); cherished grandfather of Matthew, Sarah, Connor, Brigit and Honor. Mr. Kirby was predeceased by his wife of 52 years, Eleanor J. Kirby. Inurnment with full military honors will be held at the Columbarium in the Arlington National Cemetery on February 14, 2019 at 3:00 pm.
