William Abraham Crane age 83 passed away peacefully on August 21, 2020 at his home in Chantilly, Virginia. He was born May 30, 1937 in Brooklyn NY. He was the son of Robert and Estelle Crane. He grew up in East Palestine, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio State Law School with a degree in Law. Served in the United States Navy as a legal JAG Officer. Upon retiring from the Navy he worked as the lead public defender in Winchester, Virginia.
While serving in the Navy in Iceland he met his wife Arny and they married on May 2nd, 1964. Together they raised three children Deborah, William and Jennifer. Bill enjoyed world travel with Arny.
Survivors include his wife Arny, children Deborah from Maryland, William (Bill) from Arizona, Jennifer from Washington, and siblings Carole, Robert, and Marianne. He has six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
