Beverly Ann Butler

Beverly was born September 10, 1939 to Ada Mae (Stout) Mitchell. She married Homer Butler on August 29, 1967; he preceded her in death on February 17, 2010.

She was also preceded in death by her parents.

Beverly is survived by her daughters, Traci (David) Wingerter of Hillsboro, MO and Kim Schweizer of Fenton, MO; grandchildren, Aimee, Austin, Adam, Alison and Andrew; great-grandchildren, Bentley and Mavis; and her brother, Albert Mitchell Jr. of Hillsboro, MO; and her nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Missouri.

Homer and Beverly owned and operated Shell Stations in Missouri for many years and she later retired as a manager for Shell convenience stores. She was an avid animal lover, especially her two cats, Sophie and Skippy. Beverly loved to travel and visit new places. She would help anyone in need and always loved meeting new people. She cherished the time spent with her family and dear grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

VISITATION: A visitation for Beverly will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 from 1:00 P.M.- 2:00 P.M. at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, IL.

SERVICE: A service will be held immediately following the visitation, at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens.
