Ms. Phillips was a member of the DAR, Daughters of the American Revolution. She was also an animal lover, especially, dogs and cats. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl S. and Lynette, nee Tooley, Phillips.
Surviving are her aunt, Virginia Barthel; and many cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral: A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, February 1, 2014, at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately in College Hill Cemetery, Lebanon, Illinois.
