

Cletus worked for Martin Oil Company. He retired from the Railroad and was passionately involved with making and designing grape vine wreaths where he sold to many local florist and businesses in St. Louis, MO.
He was an avid deer hunter, and especially enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and his only great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Billie J., nee Cook, Kaemmerer who died in 2005; his brother, Harold Kaemmerer and a sister-in-law, Virginia Kaemmerer
Surviving are his son, Cletus R. (Stella) Kaemmerer Jr., and a daughter, Tracey (Richard) Hartmann; Grandchildren, Cletus R. (Amanda) Kaemmerer III., Charles H. Kaemmerer, Kami A. Hartmann and Jessica L. Hartmann; and one great-grandson, Chase Remington Kaemmerer; and a brother, Charles Kaemmerer and many dear in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude and thanks to Dr. David O’Neill and to his wonderful staff for all of their kindness and unconditional support and love through this difficult time with their father.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Lake View Funeral Home with Rev. James Houpt officiating. Interment will be held in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
